Whoo hoo! Is it enough?

Trump entered at third lowest, and has settled at fourth lowest. Can anyone really be surprised at that given the insurrection he orchestrated to challenge the peaceful transition of power? It has to rank as one of the worst (domestic) attacks on the US constitution, and democracy.

The clock is ticking. He’s got until the 25th. :alarm_clock:

By a president but lets see if the supreme court can deal the death blow to the constitution

True, but that will be remembered as sticking their big toe in the water compared to when they crown King Donald.
BTW I have a 4 bedroom house in a sane part of Canada.

Letitia James can officially start the process to grab him by the assets come Monday!

The moment that process begins, I suspect two sequences of events may follow.

One, we learn just how much of a hollow shell the “Trump empire” really is;

Two, his unhinged cultists launch another insurrection. Possibly involving attempts to murder Letitia James.

If the NY Justice Department is functioning competently, it should be preparing for the second above. As should the White House.

I completely agree and hope you are correct about preparations.
I’m absolutely sure another insurrection attempt will be made if / when trump loses the coming election.

He promised as much in a speech where he promised a blood bath if he loses the election. Sounds like he is calling on his magats to get ready.

I’m guessing it is upside down.

Meanwhile, it appears that Letitia James isn’t hanging around and letting Omango-Tan delay and obfuscate any longer.

Apparently she’s already had liens attached to Trump properties, most notable of which is a mansion that oddly enough, I didn’t even know existed until it was mentioned in this light.

The move was made in Westchester County, just outside Manhattan, and the top target is a mansion called Seven Springs, located near Mount Kisco. Also targeted is a Trump branded private golf club in the same County.

One of the fun ironies, is that Seven Springs is one of the properties Trump was found guilty of overvaluing fraudulently. Originally bought by Trump for just $7.5 million in 1995, Trump lied to Deutsche Bank about the property, claiming it was worth a whopping $291 million in 2014.

Of course, it’s possible that one of the reasons I never learned about Seven Springs, is because it’s actually a pretty restrained and tasteful affair.

Usually, Omango-Tan prefers brash ostentation and tacky baubles, in a manner that a three year old would regard as an embarrassment. See for example his oft-mentioned gold toilets in Trump Tower.

He’s basically the King of Kitsch, the Tsar of Tackiness, the Major-Domo of Dreck.

 Fuck me, that made me larf…kudos sir.

Around 2001 a UK firm based in Bristol called Diamonite refurbished Putin’s private jets. That firm employed a number of contractors I worked with throughout my life before and after, and one who was leading the project is a lifelong friend and colleague. All I can say is given how many fittings were gold, not plated you understand, it’s a wonder the fucking things ever took off.

Needless to say he had some gruesome stories to tell about how the Russian workers were treated by one of Putin’s high ranking henchmen. Their conditions were according to him appalling, but of course they seemed to have expectations that likely had known far worse hardships.

It’s perhaps not a surprise these two self styled autocrats seem to have similar “taste” in gaudy displays of wealth.
