There is supposedly nothing more important to a Biblical inerrantist than the Bible. And God gave Israel the virgins of tribes they would conquer, as spoils of war – so their God is a rapist anyway. So actually I would lead with Trump’s ignorance of and indifference to their vaunted holy book and moral code because they don’t care about rape. They care about performative public piety – which Trump is far too crass and vulgar to pull off.
But the government can’t afford to pay for food for the elderly…

I’m not minimizing rape – it is the fundamentalists who do that, though they would probably deny it if confronted about it.
Trump’s problems are legion. My point is that his ignorance of the book they worship as bibliolaters would probably be what a typical fundamentalist would struggle the most to defend. Although who knows, I’ve been out of fundamentalism for several decades – maybe most of them don’t read / study the Bible much or have daily devotionals anymore. My older brother does all those things, attends Bible studies several times a week, but he may not be typical. I’m 1200 miles away and we don’t speak much, or I would try my theory out on him.
Please provide data that “the fundamentalists” do anything in particular.

I speak from personal experience as a former fundamentalist. The long list of prescriptions and proscriptions I was taught as a child has long since gone out the window, and not just with respect to their embrace of Shitler.
No they will not admit their god is a rapist. Everything is decorated in deflective language and special pleading. It’s different in some unspecified way when god does it.
On the other hand, you don’t have to dig much to find stories of fundamentalist boyfriends raping fundamentalist girlfriends and their parents slut-shaming the girl and demanding she marry her rapist and stay married to him. It happens all the time. Didn’t happen (that I knew of) in my particular church while I was there, but when push comes to shove (when it’s necessary to paper over any humans having human foibles basically), they tolerate all sorts of hideous behavior so long as it’s somehow in the name of God.

There is an expression in my language relating to those who write inflated invoices: “Writing with a fork” (imaging actually doing that - you write each digit four times). The actual meaning is that they exaggerate the cost of each item, and/or charge for every little imaginable and unimaginable thing. Ever wonder how US hospitals inflate the cost they charge patients? They write their invoices with a fork.
So, in your case, you can profit from having several pencils by writing invoices “with a fork”. If you get my drift.

Washington state senate bill 5375 requires Catholic priests to report sex offenses to law enforcement. No more “seal of the confessional” when it comes to children getting raped.

None of our rights are absolute, which is why things like human sacrifice is illegal, even if it’s a part of the “deeply held faith” of the practitioner. IMO, priests can’t hide behind their deeply held faith to avoid reporting rapists and molesters to law enforcement.
As to “deeply held faith”, well, golly, anyone can claim literally anything is part of their deeply held faith, but that’s not an excuse to get away with something. Perhaps if people want to use “deeply held faith” to justify something, they should be required to provide objectively verifiable evidence that whatever they’re putting their faith in is actually real.
