Jesus said the gates of hell will not prevail against His church, meaning Jesus church will not die out.

Please cite objective evidence for this claim without the use of the Bible. Holy books are the claim, not the proof.

You have no way of knowing what Jesus may or may not have said, and that assumes he actually existed, and the evidence for that is scant at best. If the US honours it’s own constitution then it cannot become a theocracy of any kind, given the 1st amendment directly prohibits this.
