Doesnât seem like he enjoys the prospect of learning stuff from âovereducated and verbose Canadiansâ, so instead he prefer the company of mouth breathers. Theyâre probably a better fit for his cognitive capabilities anyway. Poor thing.

When posted at that other venue, the poster commented that there is no way the perpetrators of this level of blatant corruption, are going to allow themselves to be in a position to be arrested and tried for this.
This is basically Mafia bustout asset stripping of the entire country. And the only way that the perpetrators will be brought to justice, appears to involve a brand new civil war.

This is exactly why I havenât spoken to my oldest surviving brother, who is still a practicing Christian fundamentalist and pretty much MAGA, since the election. I know heâs going to find recent developments very UN-disturbing, even good. Given the way he has always managed to slip some snark about âwokeismâ into every conversation in the past, Iâm sure he sees the erosion of human rights and equality as getting rid of âwokenessâ as thatâs basically a contrived term that allows him to talk about how much he loves bigotry, hatred, intolerance and forced conformity without having to actually say it in so many words.
I just canât bear to have such an intimate window into the attitudes of the right just now.
He hasnât tried to call me either, probably for mirror reasons to my own. We have managed, just barely, to stay out of political discussions in the past but I donât think either of us can deal with the elephant in the room anymore.

And absolutely no one with functioning brain cells will be in the least surprised to see this development. Not least because of this sort of Nazi style development.
Fake legalising of repression was the first step the Nazis took when attacking the Jews, and we all know how that ended. Of course, the Nazis also subjected the LGBTQ community to similar measures (Look up Magnus Hirschfeld, and what happened to his remarkably progressive programme on human sexuality once the Nazis seized power), and the warning signs are clear. The Rethuglicunts, and the Trumpanzees in particular, wonât stop on this issue until theyâre neck deep in blood.
