A DOJ lawyer argued in an appeals court case that Trump has the authority to demolish the Statue of Liberty if he wanted to.

This should be a golden age for investigative journalism with all of the crap going on thatās just begging for this generationās Woodward and Bernstein to dig into it. Instead, bastions of great investigative journalism, like the Washington Post and 60 Minutes, have been neutered by oligarchs who have taken them over.

Iām hoping that if the Dems take back Congress in the midterms they can put the brakes on much of Trumpās lawlessness. Their biggest weapon is their power of the purseāthey can withhold the money Trump needs to commit his atrocities.

Ironically Mormons claim to be a flavor of Christianity, despite being heretical regarding certain historic church creeds (notably, sola scriptura). And I think most Christians have said, well, okay, you believe Jesus is the Son of God, so whatever.
But Kegsbreath is not āmostā Christians. Heās a fundamentalist, and fundamentalists do not accept Mormons as Christians.
I presume he left Catholics alone, for now? If only because the VP claims to be a Catholic? My guess is that itās only a matter of time before he gets rid oādem dere cat-lickers, because fundies are somewhere between suspicious and contemputous of those guys, too.
Sadly, this Pocket Nazi will have far too much support in this effort.
