In this particular case, it was a Trump executive order that the court overturned.
Mustn’t infringe on someone’s right to commit mass murder. I mean seriously, what other purpose do those things have?

I’ve operated an AR platform with a bump stock.
If a device enabling the successive firing of a gun if the shooter decides to do so is placed in an area other than the trigger assembly, this does not change what it is, IMHO.
I’d like to take a meeting with any of the non dissenting judges and hear their explanation of what use such a device has in a civilized society.
