Yes. What do you mean by this quote? How can you say on one hand that Atheism isnāt a religion BUT there are Atheistic religions. Thatās what is confusing me. I would appreciate it if you could elaborate more on what you meant.

Which atheistic religion? Atheism is not a religion. It is a position on a single assertion, āwhether or not a god exists.ā If you are a non-theist, you are an atheist. If you believe a god exists, you are a theist.
Itās that fucking simple. There are hundreds of non-theist religions. I believe we have named 6 at this point. To which non-theist religion are you claiming to belong?

There is no "Definition of Atheismā on this thread. A theism and Non theism are the exact same thing, a lack of belief in god or gods. You have not demonstrated a difference. You assert you are part of an atheistic religion, of which there are many and we have given you several; however, you refuse to continue the conversation by citing which atheistic religion you are a member of.
Atheism itself simply mens āWithout Belief, Non-belief, or not believing in a god.ā It is not a world view. It is not a religion. It has no tenants, no leaders, no songs or chants, no rituals, and no dogma. Most atheists on this site happen to be skeptics, as well as atheists; however, we do have a rat bastard of a non-thiest Buddhist. Perhaps you should go get high with him? In factā¦ you two just might hit it off.

Fuck! How hard was that. Iām a fucking Satanist of the Anton Levey Ilk. Whatās the big fucking secret? You have a lot in common with the humanists. I hapen to be an Atheist with no religious leanings but lean towards skepticism and Stoicism. At least from what I have read of stoicism. I donāt know any stoics and it may be practiced much different than I am reading it. I tend to like this kind of thinking; ā A practicing Stoic does their best to improve their circumstances and the circumstances and well-being of others, but lets go of the outcome of their actions . āNothing is unrealistic or realistic; nothing good or evil. There is only what we think of any given situation.ā
It seems to be in line with a lot of Buddhist teachings, but opposed to Buddhist practices.
