It absolutely does, unless you are adding shit to it. “For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.” There is no reason to read anything else into the scripture. To do so is to admit that your God does not know how to write or communicate effectively.
Just like the rest of the inept bullshit artists you want to come in here and use a shotgun approach to your beliefs, scattering as much shit around as you can. Pick one misconception. Stay on target. There is absolutely no misconception here. This is what the Bible says. This is what the all-powerful God of the universe inspired someone to write. Now you think you know better? Bullshit! I read it, it is there, it is in black and white print, and it is in every bible. 6 DAYS. You have no wiggle room without calling your God a liar.

Anyway if you use the exact science of Biblical Hermeneutics you will, when you are educated, realise that at is NOT the real meaning of the passage when you compare it with other passages written at different times, by different authors about different subjects.

I see lots of assertions here, but then I also see lots of assertions from other mythology fanboys, including assertions directly contradicting yours.
So do tell me, what proper, rigorous test do you have to offer, to determine which parts of this vast sea of mythology fanboy assertions are true?
I also note that the mythology in question presents many assertions, several of which are known not merely to be wrong, but fatuous and absurd. I’m interested to discover how you square this fact, with assertions in certain mythology fanboy quarters, that the mythology in question is purportedly the “inerrant” word of a fantastically gifted magic entity. Do you have any positive (in the discoursive sense) statements to present here, preferably statements that are something other than mere assertions?

There’s also a lot of things the Quran, Bhagavad Gita, Necronomicon, Silmarillion, etc don’t say that some people think they do. But… I’m not sure what your point is trying to be. If a person doesn’t believe a particular “holy book” is real/true, why does it matter what it does or doesn’t say?

Biblical misconceptions, I have found, come from theists who have both serious reading comprehension skills and an intense bias toward faith. Of course, they are fond of attempting to turn the tables by claiming that non-believers are misguided, you know, because we just need to believe in order to truly understand and accept the TRUTH, but that isn’t realistic.
