Absolutely it does. More broadly I think any degree of privilege that comes to you with relative ease tends to lead one to assume that this is normal and if someone else doesn’t have it they either made bad choices or are just in the unprivileged class, so “too bad for you”.
In Trump’s case however there’s also his malignant narcissism which includes total lack of shame or empathy combined with his core belief that whatever he wants should be his. He is so weirdly unconcerned with appearances that he just belts out a fart whenever he feels like it and ignores people’s reactions. That’s unusually gross even if the open secret / rumor that he can’t control his bowels and wears diapers isn’t actually in play.
It’s one thing to be a rich diva and naive about what things cost, and another thing to be the most repulsive human known to humanity.
