This was my preface, which I hoped to explain that I do not agree with on many points, but I use because it is a concept almost everyone understands. We have seen many theists all over the map, using misdirection, moving the goalposts, many other tactics. By resorting to my tactic, I contain the bullshit and usually keep their arguments from straying into deep horse manure territory.
It isn’t perfect, it isn’t even the definition I personally use, but it is a tactic I adopt for this argument.
