@MrDawn we the creations.
Are you saying that this deity isnât real then? That heâs just an idea?
@MrDawn there is no compulsion in religion, again from Quran. Youâre free to not believe. That is why if youâre looking for truth youâll be shown truth, otherwise you do your time in this world and not worry about the Afterlife. I only share the message, which is my duty. Iâll be asked on the day of Judgement if I did convey to whoever I had access to. Because all of these arrogant sounding people when they face reality in the Afterlife will be the first to blame others for not getting the message, its human nature.
Thatâs what a majority of Theist claims. You all think you found the right one.
Sounds similar to Christianity. If you donât believe, your imaginary buddy throws you into a burning torture dungeon and calls it love. Quite the fear factor you all have going on there. Your Quran is only evidence of a religious movement. It doesnât prove the existence of your god thing.
@MrDawn nah, christianity throws people in the youknowhere left and right. We donât believe anyone knows how that person would die and eventually end up where, you could die one closer to the Creator more than anyone in this world.
What, you donât believe in the 7 levels of Jahannam?
What kind of Muslim are you?
@MrDawn Quran has a challenge in it, read and prove it wrong if its not from the creator. Youâre free to deep dive into it to prove it wrong from all the angles.
@MrDawn I believe in the Most Merciful creator who created ALL. He made us who we are, heâll decide where we all will end up. But his mercy far exceeds his wrath. That is the diety I believe in.
That would also apply that I would have to âproveâ every other religious group wrong that believes in a god.
Why is it that Atheists have to have a burden of proof when someone comes along and says âmy god is realâ?
You came on here and claimed Allah was real, and I basically said that I donât believe you. then you shift the burden of proof and tell me itâs my job to prove you wrong. Shouldnât the burden of proof rest of the person making the claim?
Perhaps you can come up with a better sales pitch. I am still not sold that Allah, or any god, is real.
@MrDawn see if I were to give you proofs of why Islam is best I can write a whole essay on it here. But our creator himself says Iâm unlike any creation of his, what kind of proof I can make up for it?
I stay within my limits, if the creator wants heâll manifest things for you just ask for it.
Thatâs not how it works. Itâs up to the one making the claim to bring the proof.
On the other hand, what can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence. So without any proof for the godliness of your quran and the existence of its author, I reject your assertions.
@MrDawn youâre free to do whatever you want, again no compulsion. I only convey, results are not how Iâll be judged.
@MrDawn already told you what he would accept as proof. You then moved the goal post.
@CyberLN unfortunately meta physical things donât have physical proofs other than this huge universe working on its own. Meta physical things might manifest in some other way if you try to connect with it.
It appears to me that Theist religion spends a lot of time trying not to be accountable (as well as vague)for the superstitious claims that it makes.
I have spent much of my life baffled on how many people fall prey to what appears to be fairy tales, make believe, & entertaining the notion of immortal sky dictators who throw Hulk sized tantrums & demand that their followers murder anyone who doesnât give their cult a second thought.
Not to mention those followers have an excuse or come back (no matter how weak) to defend such barbaric & dark age beliefs. The truth is, if I were a deity I wouldnât need mortal men to do anything for me, let alone spread around my religious doctrine like it were an unwanted STD like youâre doing.
The universe needs a god to exist? The metaphysical can manifest in another way? What does the metaphysical mean to you?
@MrDawn What are you calling superstitions? This reality is made up of seen and unseen things.
You did not see your great great grandparents; does it mean theyâre fairy tales only?
You donât believe in unseen doesnât mean they donât exist/ existed. Its such an extreme position to have.
There are records indicating that my family members existed. Backed up by the existence of my other family members. The same cannot be said for any of the claims made up by your holy books mythology.
I actually have seen photos of two of them. I actually could have met them.
The unseen? Please, you exaggerate. Radiation and wind exists. We donât see those things, but science & common sense dictate that they exist. Your god thing appears to lack evidence for itâs existence.
