When is the Catholic Church going to be charged under the organised crime legislation?

Does Australia have RICO laws similar to what the U.S. has?
Each State has its own organised crime legislation. They are called colloquially “Bikie Laws” but have been used against pedophiles, organised crime (but seldom) of course, drug dealers, but never ever a church or religious organisation even though those organisations (especially the CC) fulfilling nearly all the criteria to be banned, forbidden to associate, wear the insignia, and, forfeiture of assets.
I have written to both federal and state members about this glaring reluctance of the authorities to actually prosecute such criminal organisations and have received platitudes or in the case of the right wing…nothing.

The only good I can see from this horrible set of circumstances is that it will (hopefully) drive people further away from organized religion.
