Excellent point, @Bluedoc. How easily, and without thought, folks use the word men as a substitute for people. It’s likely a legacy from times during which the notion of equality for all was completely out of the question. Sadly, complete equality for all is still not a reality. And there is backlash for some. But at least it is more (more, not fully) open for discussion these days.
