@GodsArePretend, The Great Courses video you’re going on about seems to be behind a paywall. Perhaps some folks here would watch yours if you pay for it for them. So your very weak citation pulled from a faulty memory is useless.
I, on the other hand, found (in a matter of seconds) something free on YouTube that contradicts at least one of your assertions (again, at minute 1:25).
Additionally, specificity, particularly in a medium such as a forum, is critical if your aim is that people understand you. The available quote function here is particularly handy.
If I misremembered something I saw years ago, that’s OK with me. If you are too lazy to watch the rest of the video, you are the one that is missing out and it’s not my problem. If you choose to simply attack me rather than engage in reasoning because you don’t know how to reason, that’s your problem.

Again all anyone need do is look at the sweeping unevidenced, and irrational claims that you have repeatedly made, and see the unanswered requests that you evidence or explain them. For example, we are all still waiting for you to demonstrate anything beyond your bare claim, that “it is 100% certain that Jesus is entirely fictional”, but wait we shall obviously. You could try pretending you have another memory lapse?

Yup … I’m a mythicist myself, but I certainly can’t prove it one way or the other. Jesus could have been one of the dime-a-dozen apocalyptic preachers roaming Palestine at that time. Or could be “based on” one or more of them. Or could be a complete fiction. The only thing I’m certain of is that he wasn’t God incarnate, brought the dead to life and flew up to heaven afterwards.
Jesus being pure myth is the way I lean but not a hill I’d choose to die on – or NEED to die on. I simply don’t get it.

Posting a video is a lazy way to debate because you’re hiding behind someone else’s arguments who are not present to defend them. Further more, they’re not in you’re own words. It’s no different than plagiarism.
