Disregarding the fact that so-called “remote viewing” is a hoax, and the nonverified source of the alleged report: It is supposedly located “somewhere in the Middle East” and it is “hidden – underground”. This is so unspecified, unspecific, and unhelpful that you could just as well say “located somewhere on the Indian subcontinent – underground”, or another landmass of similiar size as the totally unspecified Middle East.
Also, one of the figure captions says: “it is ‘protected by entities’ who will ‘destroy’ those who attempt to break into it”. So, if you cannot find it, it is because it is too well hidden. If you do find it, it will be destroyed by its guardians unless you are authorised. So either way, it is impossible to find and verify.
In short: classic hoax.
