I’ve never had Eggs Benedict because I didn’t know what was in it. Looks like poached eggs and a rich (egg based?) sauce. Plus stuffed olives from which the chef has eaten the stuffing. I’ve always thought it was a brunch dish but don’t know why.
The above dish could be followed by shit on a shingle (chipped beef on toast)
