I agree, it’s a rule of thumb that practical jokes are always funny when they’re on somebody else, but never funny when they’re played on you. I also agree they can be very cruel sometimes.
Though personally I don’t think this one qualifies as cruel.
Sadly there are always bullies wherever you work.
On that I have to agree.
