Well, geeeee… Let me think… ummmm 
… Well, first, I suppose I would start off with something like, “Dear Mormons,”. And then there would be a few paragraphs about this-that-and-the-other-thing. Followed by a nice closing remark or two and maybe a, “Sincerely, Tin-Man,” sign-off. (You know, just to be polite.) Then I would put it in an envelope and address it to “The Mormons”, along with the appropriate street name/number, city, state, and zip code. At least that is how things like that are typically done, as far as I know. I have to admit, I find it rather odd that you would need to visit an atheist site get that type of advice. 
Heck, I learned all about addressing people when I was in the second grade.
