Going against the Grain

@TheMagus

In the early 70’s, I tried to read Dianetics. Picked it up second hand for 50 cents .I was robbed. Had already read a few of Ron Hubbard’s very ordinary sci fi stories.

Didn’t take much reading to realise the guy was a crook or a fruitcake ,probably both.

Is it just me or does anyone else think the public faces of Scientology tend to seem a bit, umm ‘dimwitted’ and or ‘strange’?

–I’m thinking of little Tommy Cruise and John Travolta especially.

Ron Hubbard allegedly said “If you want to get rich, invent a religion” He was right.

Albert Einstein said “there are only two infinities; the universe and human stupidity, and I’m not sure about the universe”

“If a person is desperate enough ,he/she will believe anything” (Tarquin S Shagnasty)
