No actually I was sort of a danger to myself because I had major depression with suicidal ideation. I just wasn’t making any plans for suicide so maybe that’s why I wasn’t a danger. I had to drop out of college because I was so depressed and couldn’t focus. My calculus professor tried to stop me from withdrawing because I had a B but I just couldn’t focus anymore
Was Einstein considered crazy because he didn’t brush his hair? Nope. And his wife took care of everything for him and even helped him with his work. My calculus professor wore sweatpants to class so I don’t think that should be that big of a deal if you look unkempt if it isn’t causing any problems in your life.
Even psychologists don’t make judgements officially that a person isn’t actually being hassled by spirits, they just treat the issue like with medication and sometimes it goes away. There are even some psychiatrists that acknowledge existence of these spirits.
